About 2022-2023 Construction at The Granada

If you are a resident at The Granada or would like to learn more about the remodel and retrofit, you have come to the right place.

The Granada was originally built in 1908 as a concrete frame, 10-story building. More than 100 years later, as it becomes home to hundreds as a permanent supportive housing facility, upgrades are being implemented to make it an upgraded, safer place for all. These upgrades include seismic strengthening, renovation of residential units and common areas, as well as new space for support services staff.
